Joan Follmann our Office Manager came to us in 2003, after serving 22 years in the United States Navy as an Executive Assistant.  She and her husband, David, have been in the Mid-South area since 1994.  They have one son, three dogs, and two horses.  They spend most of their spare time in the hay fields.  When she has time,  Joan enjoys knitting, gardening and riding.  She was selected as the Memphis/Shelby Veterinary Medical Association Office Manager of the Year 2004.

Allison Riles is our Head Technician; is a life long resident of Fayette County.  She has been with Animal Care Hospital since 2002.  In 2005 she received her degree in Veterinary Technology from St. Petersburg College.  She passed her state boards making her a Licensed Veterinary Medical Technician.  Allison is engage to Joey Pulse of Middleton, TN and they reside in Bolivar, TN with their eleven children (3 cats, 4 dogs, and 4 horses).  In her spare time she enjoys many outdoor activities such as horseback riding, water skiing, and camping.  She was selected as the Memphis/Shelby County Veterinary Medical Association Registered Technician of the Year 2006.

Yvette Gilbert our Kennel Technician; she and her husband, David, have lived in Oakland for since 1998.  They moved out of Memphis so that they would have more room for their eight dogs.  Yvette is the President of Fayette County Animal Rescue in Fayette County.  Because of her love and devotion for animals she decided to work in our hospital to do what she loves doing best.  She was selected as the Memphis/Shelby County Veterinary Medical Association Kennel Assistant of the Year in 2007.
